Mrs. Henry brings a wealth of experience to Upper Adams. She spent 12 years as a dedicated 7th Grade Biology Teacher for Carroll County Schools in Maryland. Following her time in the classroom, she transitioned into leadership roles, first as a Mentor Behavior Coach for two years, supporting teachers with classroom management and student engagement. Her role then expanded into a Behavior and Instructional Mentor Teacher, where she further supported colleagues with planning, instruction, and comprehensive behavior management strategies.
