Hello and welcome to my page! I am the school counselor for the Upper Adams Intermediate School, grades 4, 5 and 6. As a school counselor, it is my goal to meet any academic, emotional/social, and personal needs of all students. I believe in the power of relationships and rapport, so I strive to obtain this with every student and family I work with at UAIS. I work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and administration to put student's needs first, while identifying potential barriers to their academic learning. When I am not meeting with students individually or in small group sessions, I teach classroom guidance lessons to all grade levels. Topics include career, bullying, drugs and alcohol, and diversity.
