Welcome to Physical Education!
Students were recently asked to describe PE with one word. The number one answer was "fun" followed by "exercise." It makes my heart happy that the top two answers are fun and exercise as that is my goal. Students are having fun through movement, learning new skills while practicing good sportsmanship thus gaining the desire to live a healthy and active lifestyle.
