Hello.  My name is Robyn Swatsburg, and I am originally from Allentown, PA.   I earned my Bachelors in English from The George Washington University and my Masters in Education from The University of Pennsylvania.  At Penn I met my husband, Jon, and soon after graduation, we moved to the Biglerville area.  My first teaching job was as the Englsih Teacher on the VisionQuest Rough Riders Wagon Train.  From there I got my first job in Biglerville as a 6th grade teacher.  After only a few years, I took 12 years off to raise my two children, Graydon and Becca.  I then returned to teaching first in a 3rd grade classroom and then in 1st grade.  Recently, I was excited to be accepted as the ELA teacher in the Upper Adams Middle school, and I look forward to a new adventure.  

In my spare time I enjoy spending time on Wanta Lake.  I find myself spending a lot of hours driving the boat for Graydon and Becca to surf and wakeboard.  Other than that, I love to read and share books I love with my students.
