Welcome to Mrs. Tolar's ESL Page!
I am so excited to have your child in my class this year! My job is to help them learn English through listening, speaking, reading, and writing. When your student comes to me, they are not missing instruction in their classroom. I am also lucky to have some wonderful co-teachers who welcome me into their classrooms so that I can work with your student right in their regular classroom at other times throughout the day!

*A note about ACCESS scores: Usually, we recieve your child's score from the ACCESS test over the summer and share that with you in our back-to-school letter. This year, due to Covid, we will not receive the children's scores until sometime in December. We will send the scores home to you as soon as we are able to, most likely sometime in December or January. Please let me know if you have any questions!
