Getting to know your School Social Worker!

Hello, my name is Melissa Calderon and I am the School Social Worker for the Upper Adams School District. I am a Shippensburg University Graduate with a Bachelor and Master's Degree in Social Work. I also possess my Social Work Licensure through the Pennsylvania State Board of Social Workers, Marriage & Family Therapist, and Professional Counselors. I am a proud bilingual speaker in both English & Spanish. My experience extends to over 10+ years’ working in various social work field that includes; mental health, child welfare and case management. I will be working in conjunction with the School Counselors, Administrators, School Nurses, students and families.
