Health services provides first aid and medical care to students in need

Physical, dental and medication administration paperwork can be found under the Forms Section of the district website. If your child requires an inhaler for Asthma, EPI-PEN for Severe Allergic Reactions or emergency medication for a Seizure Disorder, please have their doctor complete the appropriate Action Plan located under the Forms Section. Please remember, a new medication and action plan (if applicable) is required each year. If you have any questions, please contact your child's school nurse.
