• Senior High Concert Band:  (.5 credit)  Band meets as a scheduled class 3 days out of 6 and is offered to instrumental students in grade 9, 10, 11 and 12.  Previously acquired playing skills and music fundamentals are more fully developed with additional emphasis on both interpretation and ensemble accuracy.  The band performs 2 mandatory public concerts at Christmas and in the spring.  Students involved in senior high band also have the opportunity to audition for county, district, regional, and state bands.  Students are also scheduled for weekly rotating sectionals during the school day.    
     
    Marching Band:  (.5 credit for grades 9-12)  The band performs at all football games, pep assemblies, parades, and competitions.  The band rehearses two nights a week during the fall and has a two weeklong band camp in the summer.  Students are scheduled for weekly rotating sectionals during the school day.
      
    MS005  Middle School Band: is offered to selected instrumental students in grades 7 and 8 as determined by their current band instructor.  Previously acquired playing skills and music fundamentals are developed.  Mandatory public performances include the Christmas Concert, Spring Concert, and Memorial Day Parades.  Students are also given the opportunity for weekly rotating lessons during the school day.
