The Upper Adams School District has completed the new Comprehensive Plan Process. This Comprehensive Plan is a three-year plan that has replaced the six-year Strategic Plan that was previously required in Chapter 4 of the Pennsylvania School Code.
This new plan was driven by a very structured process and is supported by an online data entry tool that included 13 district level guiding questions. The District level team used the answers to those questions to identify the District accomplishments and systemic challenges. The systemic challenges were then used by the larger Comprehensive Planning Committee to generate the goals, strategies, and action plans that will guide the District for the next three years.is a three-year plan that has replaced the six-year Strategic Plan that was previously required in Chapter 4 of the Pennsylvania School Code.
As part of the Comprehensive Planning Process, school districts are required to have a draft of the Plan Overview, Action Plan Report, and Professional Development Activities Report available for public review.
