DAY 6 (Tuesday 8/21/18)
Today is your day to get ready for a wonderful school year. Use all of the exercises from this "warm-up" to prepare for your first day of school. Grab a comfortable outfit and make sure it is clean and ready to go. Be sure to wear your sneakers for gym class on the first day of school. Plan some meals for the week, and make sure you set your alarm so you have plenty of time to have a healthy breakfast. Lastly, go to bed at a reasonable hour so you feel rested and ready for your first day of 5th grade. Mrs. Smith and I have a lot of activities planned for the first week of school, and we need you to be on top of your "game!" See you in the morning!
