BACK TO SCHOOL WARM-UP
Mrs. King: “Ok students, you have one week until school! Many of you are super excited to see your buddies that you didn’t get a chance to see over the summer, and many of you are not too thrilled about the idea of getting back to the good ol’ days of school. Right?”
Bottom line…On August 15th, you only have one week of summer break left. Let’s make this week the best week of summer break, while also gearing up for one of your favorite school years ever!
Student: “Really, Mrs. King? Come on. We have one more week of break!”
Mrs. King: “Give me a break! You have one more week, and that means it is time to get in shape!”I don't know about you, but going "Back to School" takes some adjustment for my own children and me. I thought I could help you get back into the swing of things by providing a week-long exercise to get ready. My family and I are going to go through the exercises, too. We can share what we thought on the first day of school.
Start this program on Tuesday night, August 15th... I will post a new workout each day until the start of school. Check back each night to see what I have posted!
